Zer0 is the only canon Vault Hunter that Th1rt3en has had contact with(I like to think they became 'numbers' together). She has a bit of a fondness for him, though she'd never admit it.
Seeing that Zer0 was one of the four contracts that Hyperion offered her was no surprise, and she planned to ignore it.

I'd like to think that this would be a glorious battle. They appear evenly matched, though Zer0's all around skills would kick the tar out of virtually any adversary.
